The PAGOTI online store guarantees the right to return goods of good quality that did not suit you and were not used within 14 days in accordance with Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law. The exception is goods of good quality, which are not subject to return and exchange, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 №172.

At the same time, we remind you that, according to the current legislation, the goods are subject to exchange or return if:

  • it is new, that is, it has not been used and has no signs of operation: scuffs, stains and other damage;
  • its presentation is preserved;
  • the packaging of the goods and all its components are intact;
  • the complete set of goods, labels, instructions and factory markings are preserved;
  • there is a document confirming the fact of purchase and payment for the goods (for example, a sales receipt / waybill).

Goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange, can be exchanged/returned within 14 days in the following cases:

  • detection of factory defects;
  • non-compliance of the goods with the order placed (wrong size / color of the product).

Please check your order upon receipt of the goods in the presence of a manager or a postal representative.

Refunds are made after inspection and acceptance of the goods by transferring to the buyer's card or in cash at the time of the return of the goods (as agreed by the parties). Payment of transportation costs for the return or exchange of goods is made at the expense of the customer.

Carrying out its activities, the PAGOTI online store is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, namely: the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine", "On protection of consumer rights", Rules for retail trade in non-food products, approved by order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007 No. 104, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 16, 1994 No. 313 "On approval of the rules for consumer services to the population", etc. Therefore, these the conditions do not limit the legal rights of the consumer, provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
