After placing an order on our website, the manager will agree with you on the method of delivery and send an up-to-date current account. Payment can be made online or at a bank branch. Sending the ordered goods is made after receipt of funds to the company's account.
2. Cash on delivery
Payment for the order is carried out upon receipt at the branch of the selected carrier company. Please note that a commission is charged for the cash on delivery service from the post office:
- Nova Poshta — 20 ₴ + 2% of the order amount
- Ukrposhta — 1% of the order amount
- Meest — 20 ₴ + 2% of the order amount
Payment for individual orders
All individual orders for non-standard sizes of goods are made after making a 50% prepayment. The remaining amount can be paid immediately or upon receipt of your order.
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery services
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the transport companies "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta" and "Meest" at the choice of the buyer. You can receive the goods at the post office, post office or use courier services. Shipping occurs within 1-4 days after placing an order.
- When ordering up to 3000 ₴ - the cost of delivery according to the carrier's tariffs
- When ordering from 3000 ₴ — delivery is free
Note! Before shipping, we carefully complete each order and provide insurance for its full value. Therefore, upon receipt of the goods, we ask you to check its integrity in the presence of a postal employee. If you find any damage, refuse to receive the package and contact us.
Worldwide delivery
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by transport services "Nova Poshta Global", "Ukrposhta" and "Meest" at 100% prepayment. Delivery cost according to the carrier's tariffs, terms depend on the selected country. For more information please contact us.
